Thanks for Baptism photos
Thanks to everyone who managed to find some photos of their baptism. We have produced a lovely display with the pictures you sent in! Also we collated some of the symbols of baptism so it was easier to remember them. If anyone has any other pictures please send them in!
Baptismal promises
This week we did some role play. Payton and Conner were the parents and Hannah their daughter had been baptised. Everyone else was the family or friends celebrating her baptism. I was the Priest and read out the Renewal of the Baptismal Promises. Everyone joined in with the responses. Super job everyone!
What a palava!!!
At lunchtime today we noticed lots of bags unzipped, books falling out, lunchboxes everywhere!
We had a big talk about keeping our classroom and outside areas tidy!
We will try and see what it’s like tomorrow!
Come on Room 6 we can do so much better!
LEXIA
Hi Everyone
please can you try to include Lexia as part of your child's Reading homework.
They should be doing 60 minutes a week including the time spent on it at school.
It all helps to making your child a much better reader!!

Flightless birds
we were reading a poem about flightless birds. For homework last night some children went home and made a list of all the flightless birds they could think of. Well done to those children in Room 6;who brought them in today 😀
Thanks James
Room 6 had a lovely treat this week. James M was celebrating his 7th birthday. We had pizza and a beautiful piece of chocolate cake it was delicious. Thanks so much to James and his family.
Sacred Heart pictures
We have been working on some Sacred Heart pictures. Room 6 love painting and last week was such a beautiful mass we thought we would carry on our celebration with some art work. Watch this space to see what they turn out like!
